As we expand, we are looking to hire passionate and result-oriented Sales Operators from across India to join our remote team.
🧑💻 Position Summary:
We are seeking Remote Sales Operators who can work from their home location and handle sales tasks efficiently. The primary responsibility will be to finalize leads and close sales for both tour packages and Kashmiri products listed on our online store.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat
- Finalize and close sales for travel packages and e-commerce orders
- Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and delivery process
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi or English
- Proven ability to convert leads and meet sales targets
- Self-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused
- Must have a smartphone, laptop, and stable internet connection
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
💰 Salary & Incentives:
- Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on every successful sale
