Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update HR policies and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures
- Handle employee queries and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate training and development programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in the travel or service industry
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices
